Training is crucial for ensuring the high quality performance, organizational development and success. An employee will become more efficient and productive if he or she is trained well. Our training division conducts training to new hires for familiarizing them with the process and the existing employees for enhancing their skills and knowledge.

 

As our vision is improved employee ability and the employment opportunities for all youth in the state we conduct training for outside candidates also. All these trainings are free of cost with a govt.certification and placement support within as well as outside our organization. We provide career guidance through our intense counseling services to candidates to take the right decision about the career.

 

We have been working to provide them a suitable job mainly in Call Center/ BPO industry,Retail Sector, Company Outlets and in any vertical where soft skills are needed as basic tool of engagement and requirement. We act as a bridge between unemployed youth and the industries, seeking skilled manpower. We provide efficient trained & skilled man power for BPO companies, retail sector and company outlets.
